Nominated for a SOPA award for breaking news in 2011-12, for breaking the news that Chinese regulators were drafting formal objections to a critical business structure (VIE) which foreign firms use to invest in China, and which is the basis of many U.S.-listed China companies, including Sina and Baidu.
